2–3 days per week (2nd and 3rd shifts)

Saturday : 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM

Floating Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

Provide patient care and assist nursing staff with daily tasks and therapeutic activities.

Monitor patient behavior, report changes, and ensure a safe environment.

Participate in clinical interviewing as part of the SimpliFi process.

Float to various units within the facility based on staffing needs, including acting as a sitter when required.

Respond to call-back duties during assigned on-call shifts.

Shift & Scheduling Details :

Primary Shift : 8-hour Day Shift

Start Time : 6 : 45 AM

Weekly Hours : 40

On-Call Requirements : 2–3 days per week (2nd and 3rd shifts)

Weekend on-call requiredSaturday : 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM

Sunday & Holidays : 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM

Weekend Rotation : Weekend call coverage required

Holiday Requirement : 1 holiday per season

Floating Requirements :

Must be flexible to float to various units in the facility as needed.

May be assigned sitter duties depending on staffing and patient needs.
