Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate

Our client, a leader in the hospitality and event support industry, is seeking a Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate to join their team. As a Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate, you will be part of the Event Support team supporting high-end event environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Hospitality & Banquet Services Associate

Location : Gloucester, VA

Pay Range : $20 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Shift : Friday–Sunday (Event Support); Mondays (Light Housekeeping)

What's the Job?

Provide on-site support for events, including setup, guest assistance, and breakdown.

Ensure a polished and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

Collaborate with event coordinators and team members to ensure seamless execution.

Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with inventory checks as needed on Mondays.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, event support, or a related customer-facing role.

Proven ability to work with high-end or VIP clientele.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Gloucester.

Availability to work weekends consistently.
