Practice Overview You'll join a critical-access hospital with an established cancer center offering chemotherapy, IV therapy, and TomoTherapy-based radiation Multidisciplinary team includes a Hem / Oncologist, Radiation Oncologist, NP, nurse navigator, physicist, and dedicated support staff Facility investments include modern OR suites, new ER, hyperbaric chamber, and care flight plane No hospital rounding or call required Schedule Monday-Friday clinic with potential for half or full Fridays off Daily patient volume of 10-12 for personalized care No inpatient rounding on cancer patients Adult-only patient population Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary starting at $650,000, commensurate with experience $1,600 / month housing stipend and sign-on bonus available Full benefits including health, disability, pension, CME, malpractice with tail, and student loan repayment Training stipend and generous PTO package provided Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology / Oncology Eligible for Montana medical licensure Open to all experience levels, including fellows in final year Strong communication and team collaboration skills preferred Community & Location Highlights Safe, small-town lifestyle with affordable housing and a low cost of living Year-round outdoor activities including hiking, hunting, fishing, and boating Community-focused atmosphere with festivals, local markets, and events Convenient access to a regional airport and key retail amenities We'd love to share how this role might be the right fit for your practice style and personal goals.
