Senior Manager, Offensive Security

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Offensive Security.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Red Team operations and development, mentoring less experienced staff

Conduct assessments to identify vulnerabilities in software, systems, and networks

Manage the Bug Bounty program and communicate findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

7+ years of offensive security experience

In-depth knowledge of Secure SDLC and threat modeling in a cloud environment

AWS experience is essential

Experience with application security testing tools and attack frameworks

Security certifications such as GIAC's GPEN, OSCP, or similar are preferred
