We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Converting Production Manager to join our team in the paper manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management , specifically in converting operations , and will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the converting department to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.

• Base Salary for PRODUCTION MANAGER – CONVERTING is : $95k - $140k
• Total Cash Compensation is : Base Salary + Profit Sharing Target %
• Salary based on relevant experience, strengths and requirements
