Under general direction, coordinates and project manages all aspects of field installation and replacement projects.
Job Description
Develops schedules and deadlines for project completion. Sets deadlines, assigns project team responsibilities, and manages day-to-day operational issues. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality and safety standards while optimizing resource utilization to achieve client expectations. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Handles schedule changes and develops mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications : Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 3-5 years related experience. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Broad expertise in project planning methodologies. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Knowledge of HVAC installation and construction project management. Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.
What We Offer
Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $88,000-$115,500 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography / market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
