Full-Time

3rd Shift : 9 : 00 pm - 5 : 00 am

Wages starting at $27.00 / hr. for entry level candidates. This includes a $23 / hr. base pay and a $4 / hr. shift differential. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train. Selection and compensation will be determined based on the experience and skill set of the candidate.

Jefferson County Stone is an underground limestone mine / quarry seeking candidates to fill our need for an off-road Haul Truck Driver in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and / or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from the mine faces to the crusher and begin the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Willingness to be cross trained on other heavy equipment.
