The Role

We’re hiring a Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategy for a portfolio of hotels.

This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone who enjoys analytics, strategic decision-making, and developing revenue talent both locally and globally.

What You’ll Do

Lead all revenue management functions for assigned hotels.

Set and adjust pricing, forecasting, and segmentation strategies.

Analyze STR data and market trends to find growth opportunities.

Conduct revenue meetings with property teams and owners.

Ensure rate parity and healthy channel distribution across OTAs and direct sites.

Build better tools and dashboards for performance visibility.

Mentor revenue managers and analysts.

Support business development and client onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of hotel revenue management experience.

Proven skill in pricing, forecasting, and distribution.

Leadership or multi-property experience preferred.

Proficiency in PMS (StayNTouch, Opera, RoomMaster), RMS (IDeaS, Duetto), and channel managers (SiteMinder, SynXis, Cloudbeds).

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Must be based on O‘ahu.
