Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher). Competency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to stand or walk on concrete for up to 4 hours and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, and use hands for tasks. Occasional standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling may be required. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, along with the ability to focus.

1st Shift Assembly Technician (Contract-to-Hire)
This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Candidates should be comfortable with a more physically active role, as the position involves frequent movement and handling of parts
Must be flexible and willing to cross-train / help out in other areas
Location : Pewaukee, WI
Pay Rate : $17.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM-2 : 00 PM Job ID : 1923
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly using hand tools.
- Complete manufacturing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations.
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
