Position Responsibilities :

• Process and reconcile nontrade invoices and payments, including utilities, marketing, and advertising, etc.
• Ensure correct sorting, matching, and approval of invoices / receipts by working with all levels of personnel in various departments.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and entering account transactions.
• Assist with month-end close.
• Maintain monthly close reporting timetable and monitor progress against reporting cycle milestones.
• Provide efficient client service.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
