Job Opportunity At Illinois Cancer Specialists

This individual will be responsible for both patient care and administrative duties at Illinois Cancer Specialists in Arlington Heights, IL. They will be in charge of directing patients to exam rooms, checking them in, making sure their records are on file and up to date, be aware of what treatments the patient has that day and has had in the past, drawing blood, disinfecting exam rooms, answering patient questions and phone calls, taking notes, etc.

Skills and Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years MA experience
• Experience in Phlebotomy
• Experience working in healthcare
• Good computer skills (they will help with patient scheduling)
• CPR & BLS certified
• Plusses :
• MA Certification HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
• Oncology experience
• Scheduling experience
