As a Senior Partner, you will manage key businesses within one of our largest suppliers. Your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers through bespoke retail media solutions. In this role, you will :

• Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
• Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products / solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
• Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
• Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
• Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams and agencies.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications : Option 1 : Bachelors degree in psychology or related area. Option 2 : Masters degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area. Option 3 : 5 years experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales. 5 years experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales. 5 years experience managing client accounts. 5 years experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.

Preferred Qualifications : Masters degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
