\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Psych RN House Supervisor for night shifts. The role involves overseeing patient care in a facility with a largely indigent population. As the House Supervisor, you will lead nursing staff, manage admissions, and support patient care processes in a low-violence environment.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Manage patient admissions and assessments.

    • \n

  • Conduct medication administration and medication education groups.

    • \n

  • Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

    • \n

  • Ensure compliance with patient care protocols and policies.

    • \n

  • Provide leadership and support during crises.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar psychiatric setting.

    • \n

  • Current BLS and CPI certifications (CPI can be obtained onsite).

    • \n

  • Must possess a valid nursing license and BSN degree.
