What You’ll Do

  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.

  • Experience : 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
  • Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone and in-person etiquette.

  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using basic office equipment and software.
