Title : Director of Producer Development (Commonly referred to as Sales Manager in the industry)

Location : Northern California | Hybrid | Full-Time, Exempt

About the Role

The Director of Business Development sets the vision and drives new business growth for Bender Insurance Solutions. Youll lead a team of producers, establish prospecting strategies, and expand BISs reach in the marketplace. This role is focused exclusively on new client acquisition and sales team leadership.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute prospecting and growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and evaluate producers for performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and department heads to design lead generation campaigns.
• Represent BIS at industry associations, networking events, and community forums.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of new business targets.
