Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location

Denver, CO

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for the Operating Room who is skilled in orthopedic and spine cases. The ideal candidate will work alongside a dedicated team in a supportive and collaborative environment, focusing on elective surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of the operating room for surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to provide the highest quality of patient care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment in accordance with hospital policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgeries.
  • Provide post-operative care and education to patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room, with a strong focus on orthopedic and spine procedures.
  • Current and valid RN license.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
