Provider Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Provider Contracts Manager - Complex (Remote in ID).

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts with Complex Providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective agreements

Develop and maintain provider contracts in contract management software while targeting additional providers to improve access

Evaluate provider networks and implement strategic plans to meet network adequacy standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

5-7 years of contract-related experience in the healthcare field

3+ years of experience in provider contract negotiations in a managed healthcare setting

Familiarity with various managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies

Preferred : Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
