This destination is home to the Minnesota Vikings headquarters, Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium. The location is easily accessible from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, the Mall of America and airport, with additional uses for the planned development to include corporate offices, retail, restaurants and entertainment.

The Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is seeking an Accounting Generalist. This position is responsible to ensure that SOP's are being followed to audit standards. Daily duties include journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, auditing processes, and cash deposits.

Salary for this position starts at (based on experience) : $22.00 / hour. Full Time Associates at Omni Viking Lakes are entitled to elect the following benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits, Paid Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. Responsibilities include :

• Work with department heads to ensure operational procedures are being followed.
• Create journal entries as necessary and upload and post into the General Ledger.
• Work with the Corporate Office to ensure payments are made timely.
• Coordinate and analyze general ledger with leadership.
• Attend department meetings and other required trainings.
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and maintain all proper back-up.
• Controls House Fund of this property including all banks issued out of this fund for associate banks.
• Performs bank audit at random on a regular basis.
• Document errors made by cash handling associates.
• Ensure that the processing of all invoices is completed properly.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
