Researcher – LLM Post-Training & RL

Join a small, fast-moving team building the next generation of post-training data and RL environments for foundation model labs and applied AI companies.

You’ll design scalable RL recipes, build modular reward / evaluation frameworks, and drive research at the intersection of infra and modern RL. Your work will directly shape open-source environments, novel training data, and production systems used by leading AI labs.

What you’ll do

• Develop RL recipes and scalable training environments
• Design reward functions and evaluation pipelines
• Build data curation / generation systems for post-training
• Publish and share research with the wider community
