Senior Sales Director – Virtru
Join Virtru as a Senior Sales Director and lead the expansion of our data‑centric security solutions across large enterprise accounts. Report directly to the VP of Strategic Account Sales and drive revenue growth while fostering strong customer relationships and cross‑functional collaboration.

Compensation
$130,000–$150,000 / year base + commission. Uncapped commissions for Sales roles are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Virtru’s data‑centric security software across existing and new enterprise accounts.
- Consistently exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and CXO‑level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Prepare detailed business plans and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts.
- Align with Marketing on account‑based campaigns, events, and roadmap sessions.
- Act as a product evangelist, capturing customer feedback for internal improvement.
- Maintain documentation of all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce and related tools.

Required Qualifications
5–10 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.Deep knowledge of data‑centric security or related fields.Strong understanding of sales methodologies and full sales lifecycle for security solutions.Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; executive presence.Business and financial acumen with ability to translate customer drivers into tangible value.Consultative selling expertise and ability to build long‑term relationships.Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for large, complex accounts.Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools.Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS) or equivalent preferred.Benefits & Perks
