Account Operations Manager - Fleet Program and Uniforms
As a CBRE Account Operations Manager, you will advise and coordinate the maintenance management staff and safety programs for small to medium-sized facilities or properties. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for handling the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
What You'll Do :
- Supervise all elements of the company's vehicle and uniform program
- Develop and handle budgets, identifying ways to reduce costs and improve profitability
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting for fleet performance and uniform inventory
- Collaborate with the corporate fleet team to ensure system setup and accurate insurance information
- Serve as the first point of contact for all driver questions, including those from technicians and other fleet managers
- Coordinate with Sourcing and Operations to acquire new and replacement vehicles, fit out and maintenance packages, and ensure that all are used appropriately
- Develop and implement policies for uniform services, ensuring compliance with brand standards and employee job titles
- Handle vendor relationships for uniform procurement
- Conduct needs assessments to resolve uniform requirements for various roles and departments
- Promote interpersonal capabilities and identify sale opportunities to potential clients
- Track vendor performance on outsourced provider service contracts and ongoing administration. Verify the best pricing and service level performance
- Lead account programs striven to ensure safety and compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations
- Assist with the development of operational service delivery solutions to include detailed playbooks, account operations plan, etc.
- Handle ongoing evaluation of utility consumption rate structures and suggest cost reduction programs
- Supervise the efficiency of maintenance efforts for facilities, ensuring work is completed under account critical metrics
- Responsible for client account inspections. Document inspection report results and resolve any issues, concerns, etc. with the client
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement
- Apply knowledge of own rigor and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes
What You'll Need :
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be consideredPrevious experience in fleet vehicle management and vehicle mechanics and maintenance preferredStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, vendors, and all levels of managementExperience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferredAbility to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problemsLeadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and departmentProficiency in fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and other relevant technologiesIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindsetIntermediate math skills : add, subtract, multiply, divide.
