Job descriptionActive TX License BC / BE DEA CSR AHA CPR certification Proof of a recent negative PPD test within the past 12 months. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric care for 1620 civilly committed and forensic committed patients. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary recovery team. Deliver psychiatric evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for acute and chronic inpatient cases. Attend court proceedings and provide testimony as needed. Continuously learn and grow by adapting to various clinical environments, enhancing your skill set and versatility. Embrace remote work options in telemedicine or virtual healthcare settings, leveraging technology to deliver care from anywhere while maintaining professional engagement. Engage with peers and colleagues in collaborative learning environments, sharing insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to patient care. Enjoy the freedom to choose assignments without being tied down to extended contracts, allowing for exploration and flexibility. About The Position
Adelphi is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrists to provide locum tenens, full-time psychiatric services at a psychiatry facility in Cherokee County, Texas. The ideal candidate will deliver inpatient care to a mix of civilly committed and forensic committed patients, working as part of a multidisciplinary recovery team.
