A day in the life. As our Associate Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll support the Account Management team with timely and accurate handling of client accounts, and provide ongoing administrative, marketing, and client service support to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :
- High School diploma or general education degree
- 3-5 years' experience in employee benefits or insurance related company
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service
