Job description8 Hour Shifts 60 Bed Facility LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification Good Working knowledge of State Rules / Regulations Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance 100% Employee owned (ESOP) and offer 401(k) matching Medical / Dental / Vision / Life Insurances Paid Time Off / Holiday Pay Tuition Reimbursement - Further your career with our support!
