A privately held General Contractor with a strong Southeastern presence is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a $100+ million condo Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The project kicks off a multi-year pipeline of mid-high-rise condo and hospitality developments in the Great Myrtle Beach area.

This opportunity offers a clear path to Division leadership as the company expands in the region.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

The right candidate will have significant high-rise or hospitality project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the desire to relocate permanently to Myrtle Beach.

Ideal fit is a grounded, relationship-focused professional who values collaboration and accountability over corporate formality.

COMPENSATION

$170,000 to $180,000 base plus relocation, temporary housing, bonus, and benefits.
