This role is essential to keeping our U.S. sales team running efficiently. You’ll support daily licensing operations and broader administrative needs, ensuring data is accurate, leads are routed correctly, and systems run smoothly.
You’ll provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and CRM updates, while maintaining facility lists and documentation to keep pipelines organized. You’ll also route inbound inquiries, perform duplicate checks in Salesforce, assign leads based on Rules of Engagement, and assist Licensing Representatives with research and lead qualification.
You will also leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to support lead generation efforts by identifying, enriching, and qualifying potential prospects, streamlining contact data, and pre-filling outreach templates. This ensures the sales team has a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
Collaboration is key — you’ll work with Finance on payments and documentation, support Renewals and Upsell teams with record updates and upsell opportunities, and monitor marketing responses to share qualified leads with sales.
