A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer projects throughout system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent customer projects from initiation through completion
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to document detailed business and functional requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication and project updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid of both
Proficiency with project management tools such as GuideCX and Monday.com
Experience managing implementation projects or customer onboarding for a SaaS application
Familiarity with EDI, API integrations, and system integration concepts
