Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Senior Civil Site Engineer). While you will be based our of our Pittsburgh, PA office, we offer hybrid / work-from-home opportunities (could be entirely remote for the right person). You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&R’s market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments.

Qualifications include :

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer license
• 10-15 years of civil engineering experience
• Work experience in the following is required :

Hydrology and hydraulics

Erosion and sediment controls

Stormwater management controls

Land Development

AutoCAD Civil 3D

Applicable work experience for this role includes :

Creating 3-D surfaces

Grading plans

Profiles / cross-sections

Pipe networks and corridors
