Job Description

Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction progresses on schedule.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.

Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.

Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients.

Monitor material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays.

Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and code compliance.

Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly to keep the project on track

The Successful Applicant

5+ years construction experience

Exposure to ground-up construction projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead and manage subcontractors

Ability to host clients on job-sites

Passion for construction
