This job will have the following responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of new, advanced electronic systems, ensuring high performance in demanding environments.
• Drive requirements decomposition from system level to electronic subsystems and components.
• Develop detailed hardware, firmware, and interface specifications for electronic systems.
• Create and execute test plans to validate performance and compliance with functional and operational requirements.
• Provide lifecycle support, from prototype through integration and sustainment.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as the technical focal point for electronics design.
• Interface with suppliers for prototyping and hardware production efforts.
• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and contribute innovative solutions to evolving defense needs.
