ASPHALT PAVING ESTIMATOR

Location : Tampa / Clearwater, FL

An established and certified asphalt paving contractor is actively seeking an experienced and driven Asphalt Paving   Estimator . As an  Estimator you will be responsible for the preparation and review of all estimate packages, adhering to departmental procedures and standards while ensuring precision and accuracy.

Estimator R esponsibilities :

• Solicit and respond to bid opportunities across the assigned geographic region.
• Methodically evaluate and analyze bid specifications, plans, scope of work, related drawings, production rates, and profitability margins.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze data for accurate estimates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant project information.
