• Position : Family Medicine (Outpatient)
• Inpatient opportunity available, if desired
• Start date : 60-90 Days
• Schedule :
• Mon / Wed / Fri - 8am - 5pm
• Tues / Thurs - 8am - 7pm
• Job Description : Typical outpatient Primary Care services
• Patient Population : All Ages
• Patient Load : 18-22 PPD
• EMR : Epic
• Support : 4 Physicians Dedicated & experienced support staff
