Job Description

This is a remote position.

Paradigm is searching for a Project Manager to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The Project Manager (PM) oversees the administration of tort litigation. This position acts largely as an account executive of multiple complex projects. PMs are the face of the company to our clients and as such are accountable for the client relationship. Internally, they coordinate with key departments including : Client Development, Case Development, Lien Resolution, Shared Services, Finance, and Legal. The primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction with project deliverables.

As a Project Manager you will :

• Responds promptly to client communication with accurate, timely information; understands client needs, anticipates issues, and represents them internally.
• Delivers project tasks and milestones on time; ensures quality outcomes and full accountability for client delivery.
• Balances client needs with internal collaboration; builds strong relationships, understands business areas, supports initiatives, and applies feedback for improvement.
• Manages direct reports through hiring, training, delegation, engagement, and performance management; models leadership and reports on team operations, productivity, and health.
• Handles escalations across departments to ensure timely, accurate resolution; identifies trends and root causes and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains quality by identifying issues, solving problems, and coaching team members.
• Oversees timely, accurate invoicing aligned with contracts; resolves billing errors, communicates changes to Finance, follows up on overdue invoices, and monitors budgets.
• Partners with IT and development teams to improve deliverables, resolve portal issues, and lead client-focused improvements.
• Accurately forecasts revenue based on project stages; monitors client activity, budgets, and financials.
