We are seeking a dedicated and flexible  Physical Therapist (PT)  to join our team in Fond du Lac, WI. This PRN opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient setting.

Position Details :

• Schedule :  Part-time | Day Shift | PRN
• Starting Pay :  $37.60+ / hour

(Offers are based on years of experience and internal equity for this role)

Job Summary :

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions. Travels to patient's residence to provide care.
