Job : Facilities Project Admin

Location :  Ridley Park, PA

Contract :   12+ Months

Pay ran ge : $30-35 / hr

Introduction

Join our dynamic team where you will play a key role in evaluating contractor proposals, administering contractor activities, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures on complex projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Experience in construction or project management
  • Education in a related field, such as engineering or construction management

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Project management certification
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Evaluate contractor proposals for fair and reasonable cost
  • Administer contractor activities including selection, contract award, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to create and implement project plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project objectives
  • Monitor and coordinate implementation activities such as relocations and construction
