Job description

Contract opportunity for a Demand & Supply Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating forecasts, optimizing vehicle stock levels, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and cost efficiency. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay : $35.00 Per Hour.
Location : Houston, TX 77077

Responsibilities :

Reliable, consistent, on-site attendance is a requirement. This position requires you to be punctual and dependable to meet the needs of the business; including attending and participating in local and remote meetings and presentations, as required.

Coordinate and support Distribution, Vehicle Supply (Vehicle Ordering and Allocation), Vehicle Programs and Incentives operations by handling dealer, field and associate emails and phone inquiries.

Support the company dealers and field staff through inquiries, system guidance, vehicle pipeline management training, incentive processes (monthly programs, payments, etc.), and departmental communications.

Assist Vehicle Programs with evaluation units, executive referrals, VIP requests, Cyber Sales, damage vehicle processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Training, Marketing, and other partners to align supply-demand strategies, product launches and improve business outcomes.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; plus, four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and / or experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast pace, dynamic work environment

Computer literacy – able to navigate and operate a computer proficiently (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint, Edge / Chrome).

Able to understand company financial and productivity measurements.
