What You'll Do

• Review the letter of engagement and scope of work documentation for completeness and ensure understanding of budget and prices; understand scope of work and fees.
• Prepare billing guidelines for projects as needed
• Review the work in progress (WIP) on a weekly basis and provide edits to biller; direct any questions to the project manager or engagement delivery lead
• Review Usage whenever posted mid-month and flag any potential concerns / anomalies to the project manager or engagement delivery lead
• Manage the budget and prepare regular updates for the project manager or engagement delivery lead to pass to client as needed to mitigate risk of write downs, non-payment and Client dissatisfaction
• Work with the project manager or engagement delivery lead to issue invoices monthly on all active matters prior to the 15th business day of each month
• Monitor payment status and follow up with the project manager or engagement delivery lead on AR; loop in Julie Wood as needed or suggested by the project manager or engagement delivery lead
• Help obtain write down / write off approvals as necessary after the project manager or engagement delivery lead review / approve Drafts
• Work with the project manager or engagement delivery lead to provide updates monthly on aged WIP and AR on the PRT report as needed
