Jewelry Television has a new retail store, Jewelry Love by JTV, in Pigeon Forge! Jewelry Love by JTV is looking for full and part-time customer-focused individuals to join our sales team.

Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brandresponsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You'll play a key role in achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandising, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and building strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed personal and event sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Maintain and actively grow a client base through follow-up, outreach, and exceptional service.
• Collect customer contact information, including email addresses, to support marketing and social media efforts.
• Assist in generating new customer traffic through referrals, promotions, and community engagement.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising, restocking, and inventory control.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
