A Hardee's Front Line Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while also taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. They also handle cash and credit card transactions, suggest menu items, and assist in stocking the beverage bar.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Provide a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Order Taking : Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Cash Handling : Process payments (cash, credit, debit) and manage the cash drawer.
- Dining Area Maintenance : Clean tables, bus tables, and maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Product Knowledge : Answer customer questions about the menu and suggest items.
- Stocking : Stock beverage bar and other areas as needed.
- Cleaning : Perform cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Follow Procedures : Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
