Job descriptionStart Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : Call Only Schedule : 6 days / month, restricted in-house 24-hour OB call Post-call day provided after each call shift Call Ratio : 1 : 2 Patients per Shift : 5–10 inpatient census, 3–5 admissions Call Back : Required EMR : Cerner Board Certified Active WI license or willing to obtain BLS, PALS Obstetrics : Low risk pregnancy - High risk pregnancy (preferred) - FHR interpretation – NST / CST / FSE - OB ultrasounds – Level I & II - Amniocentesis - Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, c-section decision-making) - Complicated deliveries (c-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBACs) - Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Gynecology : Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic / minor, operative / major) - Emergencies as needed - Circumcisions required Support : 4 RNs, 7 MAs, 4 APPs, 5 office staff Setting : Children’s hospital with NICU on site Rates : Facility is accepting bids Malpractice : Provided Travel : Reimbursed
