Job descriptionBachelors degree in a relevant field with a strong preference for technical disciplines. 8 years of experience in data-centric industries with a focus on media entertainment or subscription services. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data technologies database systems and data warehousing. Strong communication skills to convey data issues and governance concepts effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS GCP or Azure. Experience with CI / CD technologies such as Git Github Actions or Jenkins. Knowledge of programming languages like Typescript Python Scala or Java. Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or Spark. Familiarity with Databricks Tableau and Salesforce products.

Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce data governance and audit processes to uphold data standards and privacy policies.
- Develop and maintain metadata management and data catalog systems for a unified source of truth.
- Collaborate on monitoring tools to evaluate the effectiveness of data governance programs and compliance.
- Support and educate stakeholders on data literacy and governance tools.
- Work closely with Data Quality and Platform teams to ensure data reliability and compliance.
