Job Summary
The Director of Product Management will lead the global product management function for electric motors and control systems serving the Off-Highway and Commercial Vehicle markets. This role is responsible for defining the global product strategy managing the product portfolio and product lifecycle and driving profitable growth. The position will collaborate closely with R&D Sales Operations and Regional teams to ensure alignment between market needs product innovation and business objectives.
Job Description
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the global product vision strategy and roadmap for motors and control products
Leading & Managing the complete product lifecycle (incl. input from ideation and new product definition portfolio positioning product portfolio management systematic planning / introduction / transition / phase-out of products etc.) focusing on the global releases global phase-in / phase outs etc..
Understand market and customer requirements and their impacts on the offering portfolios and solutions. Act as the voice of the customer ensuring customer requirements are translated into product features and performance.
Drive product line profitability and growth in line with company targets.
