Description Overview

The Global Finance Category Lead for Pain, Sleep & Lifestyle is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving financial performance, planning, and decision support across a portfolio of wellness-focused brands and products. This role partners closely with commercial, supply chain, R&D, and cluster finance teams to ensure optimal resource allocation, profitability, and strategic growth across global markets.

Scope of the Role

• Category Financial Leadership : Own the financial strategy and performance management for the Pain, Sleep & Lifestyle category globally.
• Business Partnering : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation, pricing, portfolio optimization, and go-to-market strategies.
• Planning & Forecasting : Lead long-range planning for the category.
• Performance Analysis : Deliver insights on revenue, margin, and cost drivers; identify risks and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
• Investment Support : Evaluate business cases for new product launches, marketing investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and global reporting standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and category teams.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive process enhancements, digital finance tools adoption, and analytics capabilities.
