Location : Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab – Millersburg, PA

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced  Dietary Manager to join our skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of our dietary department to ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in accordance with their individual care plans.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dietary department to ensure efficient and compliant food service.

Manage food service employees — including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Prepare meals following planned menus, standardized recipes, and special dietary orders.

Ensure all food substitutions are authorized and properly documented.

Review residents’ care plans to verify dietary needs are consistently met.

Provide nutrition counseling in collaboration with the Registered Dietitian.

Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident satisfaction and health outcomes.

Qualifications

Previous dietary experience in a long-term care (LTC) or healthcare setting required.

Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

Must be 18 years or older to apply.

CDM certification preferred.

ServSafe certification required or willingness to complete certification upon hire.
