Senior Digital Product Strategist

Overview

The Digital Channels Product group is dedicated to delivering innovative online and mobile solutions that cater to the needs of our clients, including consumers, small businesses, and corporations.

As a Senior Digital Product Strategist , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy execution. You will be responsible for prioritizing initiatives and managing the delivery of our digital solutions.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement (Monday to Thursday on-site; Friday remote) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area. We also welcome qualified remote candidates across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps for the Digital Channel by leveraging industry trends, market research, customer feedback, and input from key stakeholders.
• Analyze and report on channel performance and trends.
• Draft Epics and Features for development, collaborating with teams to create and prioritize user stories for Agile delivery.
• Act as a Channel Subject Matter Expert for various internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to drive new functionalities and enhancements across Digital Channels.
• Identify and engage with key vendors and fintech partners to broaden market offerings.
• Work alongside internal departments (compliance and legal) to guarantee that all product features adhere to both company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain up-to-date internal and external product documentation.
• Lead initiatives to Productize Commercial APIs, including information reporting, payments, and onboarding APIs.
• Establish standardized procedures that enable Commercial clients to effectively utilize APIs.

Compensation

Compensation Range :

$83,200.00 - $178,800.00

This compensation range reflects UMB's standard for this role, but actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
