Lead IT Application Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead IT Application Analyst to oversee operational support activities for IT applications within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team managing day-to-day operations of various MCS products and their interfaces

Monitor the health and performance of MCS products and ensure timely issue resolution

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base (KB) articles for support workflows

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree with 6 years of experience including 3 years in a leadership role, or

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience including 3 years in a leadership role, or

Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience including 3 years in a leadership role

Vendor application certification may be required
