About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to elevate and expand our marketing function with a focus on demand generation, pipeline velocity, and measurable revenue growth .
You'll inherit an existing marketing practice and take it to the next level by refining strategy, deepening attribution, and aligning marketing performance with sales outcomes.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and comfortable operating both strategically and tactically . You'll have the opportunity to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to evolve the company's marketing engine into a scalable, predictable growth model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
- Lead multi-channel demand generation programs including email, paid media, webinars, SEO, and partner marketing.
- Plan and manage trade show and event marketing to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.
- Own marketing automation and CRM strategy (HubSpot), ensuring funnel optimization and reporting accuracy.
- Partner closely with the sales and executive teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall pipeline velocity.
- Build and manage campaign calendars and go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products and initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs; adjust strategy based on data and insights.
- Oversee content development for landing pages, case studies, digital ads, and enablement collateral .
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels.
- Manage and grow a small internal team and / or agencies , ensuring clear accountability and measurable results.
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics tech, or fintech .Proven track record of building and scaling lead generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact .Experience leading trade shows, events, and integrated demand generation campaigns .Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms , lead scoring, and funnel analytics.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.Highly skilled in copywriting, messaging, and positioning for technical audiences.Leadership experience - ability to coach and elevate existing talent while scaling team capabilities.Exceptional collaboration skills across sales, product, and operations.Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment .Success Metrics

Competitive base salary ( $140K-$180K ) plus performance-based bonus and equity package.
