Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the delivery of technical assistance to local governments for budget and procurement
Lead efforts to shift government dollars toward effective solutions and enhance evidence / data capacity
Manage relationships with funders and represent the organization at public events and meetings
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of experience within local government, focusing on budgeting or procurement
At least 8 years of experience supervising multiple full-time staff
Thorough understanding of local government funding and evidence-based decision-making
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and Asana
