Job Title : Assembly Technician

$19-$22 / hr. Weekly Pay

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician where you will support complex production and warehouse tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Support complex production and warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, assembly, and inventory control.
• Train and mentor team members on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure product accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain warehouse systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and reporting.
• Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve material or workflow issues.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Promote and uphold a safe work environment through regular safety checks and participation in training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50 / hr.
