What We Need

As the Transportation Operations Supervisor, you will be on a team responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of the Jackson warehouse. You will lead teams, manage workflows, ensure safety and quality, partner with automation system owners, and serve as the bridge between facility operations and leadership. You will report to the General Manager (or similar) and will be responsible for hitting KPIs, continuous improvement, employee development, and customer satisfaction.
